Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to assess staffing requirements and generate forecasts and reports.
- Utilize metrics to evaluate performance and communicate results to key stakeholders.
- Conduct and/or oversee direct recruitment for all roles within the designated business unit.
- Supervise third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms to ensure compliance with agreements.
- Administer collegiate recruiting initiatives in specified regions.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- Stay informed about current trends in the talent landscape, recruitment strategies, and market tactics.
- Assist with the rollout and acceptance of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition initiatives across the organization.
- Support the team's reporting needs by leveraging T.A. tools and systems, and coordinating with the HR Reporting area to provide necessary data and reports on a regular and ad hoc basis.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Strong consultative skills for building relationships and effective collaboration.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding candidate and customer experiences.
Estimated Min Rate: $31.50
Estimated Max Rate: $45.00
