Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for building, wiring, and installing control panels for industrial equipment, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer specifications.

  • You will assemble control panels and electrical components based on blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.

  • You will perform precise wiring of control panels, ensuring all connections are secure and follow wiring schematics.

  • You will install circuit breakers, relays, PLCs, transformers, and other electrical components within control panels.

  • You will conduct testing of control panels for proper functionality, identify and correct any wiring or connection issues, and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions.

  • You will ensure control panels meet safety standards, quality specifications, and comply with industry regulations such as NEC or UL standards.

Qualifications

  • You have 2-5 years of experience in control panel fabrication, wiring, and assembly within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

  • You are proficient in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.

  • You have a strong knowledge of industrial control systems, including PLCs, motor controls, and automated systems.

  • You have experience using hand and power tools for electrical assembly (e.g., wire strippers, crimpers, drills).

  • You have experience with different control panel components, including terminal blocks, relays, switches, and sensors.

  • You have a High school diploma or equivalent or a Technical degree/certification in Electrical Technology or Industrial Automation.
