Description and Requirements

ISG Product Financial Controller

The ISG Product Financial Controller will be responsible for supporting the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) global FP&A activities.

Financial Planning, Forecasting & Reporting

  • Own and manage financial planning processes, including monthly forecasting and quarterly closing
  • Monitor full P&L including volume, revenue, cost, margin and profit, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting for leadership
  • Prepare regular management reports, financial decks, and variance analyses to highlight key business drivers
  • Investment planning, project performance tracking, and ROI measurement

Business Support & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Product business team, providing financial insights and preparing product specific business cases from concept to launch.
  • Partner with the 4P Category Team (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) to assess financial performance and drive optimization
  • Collaborate with the Product business team for overall planning, business reviews, and financial control, ensuring alignment with company-wide financial objectives

Financial Analysis & Control

  • Track, analyze, and report monthly and quarterly financial performance
  • Identify risks and opportunities within Product financials and recommend corrective actions
  • Monitor and control operating expenses, track headcount (HC) reports, and oversee non-expense expenditures to ensure cost efficiency and financial discipline

Industry & Competitive Insights

  • Monitor ISG Product industry trends, competitive landscape, and market benchmarks
  • Provide data-driven insights to help shape the ISG Product business strategy
  • Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
  • Enhance forecasting models, financial systems, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Support yearly planning and long-range financial modeling to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
  • Lead process improvements to drive better financial control and decision-making

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance Controlling, or related functions
  • Strong accounting knowledge and experience with revenue, cost, and profit reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and financial accuracy
  • Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Experience in technology or computing industry organizations a plus
  • Certifications are a plus: CFA, CPA, CMA
