We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Facilities Manager - JBLM.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

REQUIREMENTS:



  • Provide operational and administrative support necessary to meet the needs of the task order including facility management.
  • Work with MTC and unit personnel to plan, execute, and manage pre-exercise setup of all facilities and post-exercise recovery and reset of all facilities back to their original configurations.
  • Assists in the overall management of training audience support personnel details during exercises/events.
  • Manages the contractor logistics team.
  • Provides daily facility and maintenance management for the routine maintenance and repair of Government provided equipment and facilities.
  • Maintains Government Furnished Facilities in a clean and neat condition. Performs assessments and reports issues with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other physical infrastructure.
  • Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs facility mechanical components and electrical systems, internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications, and safety policies.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:



  • AA/AS degree required, BA/BS preferred.
  • 8 years of military experience.
  • 5 yrs Training and Ops scheduling experience.
  • Extensive experience with managing building and grounds maintenance, managing logistics teams.
  • SECRET security clearance required.
