Job Location: 8125 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale Az Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p Work Arrangement: Training will be fully on-site, and Management will approve hybrid schedule once fully trained. Responsibilities
Job Summary
This position oversees Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program activities and assists the Chief Legal & Risk Officer with managing operational initiatives, key processes, and deliverables that are critical to Legal Department. Collaborates with all departments and varying levels of leadership on a regular basis.
- In coordination with the Chief Legal & Risk Officer, oversees day-to-day legal department operations, including reporting, dashboarding, budgeting, and business continuity planning. Help plan for, select, implement, champion, and maintain technology tools, including contract lifecycle management tools, matter management, knowledge management, reporting tools, dashboards, client and customer-facing systems. Evaluate and improve the methods for intake, assignment, and management of work. Serve as owner for projects and drive the use of technologies to increase efficiencies. Direct departmental activities to create and refine forms, knowledge, playbooks, systems, processes, and procedures.
- Manage the enterprise-wide annual risk assessment, provide input, and participate in ERM program and work plan activities. Compile and present results of the enterprise-wide risk mitigation activities for the Audit & Compliance Committee annually. Ongoing monitoring of risk mitigation efforts through management initiatives
- Oversees the activities of the third-party risk management program, including designing processes and workflows. Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to enable compliance and trust.
- Assist with law firm relationships and manages legal billing platform, including onboarding of new law firms and/or matters, review of invoices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Legal-related field. Required
