THE JOB:

As an on-call Model/Bartender, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by pouring up exceptional service at Beau Rivage's LUX Lounge. By understanding the guests' unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY: $10.50 an hour + tips

THE SCHEDULE:

On Call | Swing Shift

2:00pm - 10:00pm

3:00pm - 11:00pm

4:00pm - 12:00am

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes, and provide food service as needed.
• Participate in modeling, presentations, and promotions programs throughout the casino and resort if applicable
• Mentor and train Bar Porters on the overall function of the bar, guest service, and bartending
• Anticipate guest needs and respond appropriately, with a sense of urgency
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of the assigned area

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Meets the minimum age requirement of 21 years old
• Exhibits 3+ years of prior relevant working experience in bartending and 2+ years in a nightlife/nightclub setting
• Commits to working selected on call shift/days on an as-needed basis
• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
• Highly confident in mixing and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies, and equipment
