Duties and Responsibilities
The Director of Player Development ( DPD) reports directly to the Head Women's Basketball Coach. This individual is responsible for preparing women's basketball student-athletes for personal, academic, and athletic success. The DPD is responsible for adhering to all Department and University policies and procedures, as well as the rules, regulations, bylaws and interpretations of the Atlantic 10 Conference and NCAA.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-2 years of collegiate playing experience.
