Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
  • Estimated annual base pay: $70,480 (minimum) - $88,100 (midpoint) - $103,720

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Manufacturing Engineer 1, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Manufacturing expertise to solve difficult problems and continuously improve our manufacturing organization and/or supply base. Supports production from a technical standpoint.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supports technical solutions.
  • Supports cell layouts and process improvement initiatives.
  • Learns the steps involved to incorporate process improvements.
  • Supports the manufacturing floor for any process related questions.
  • Creates and maintains process documentation and updates work order documentation.
  • Supports implementation of basic engineering changes
  • Manufacturing Engineering Specific Functions - General understanding of applicable manufacturing processes

What We Are Looking For

  • US - bachelor's degree in arts/sciences, Technical/Science or international equivalent required.
  • Internship in related industry preferred.
  • Effective written/verbal communication skills, basic presentation skills
  • General troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; General understanding of Root Cause Analysis
  • General understanding and ability to read electrical and/or mechanical machine drawings.
