Natural Space Environment Engineer

Science Systems and Applications, Inc. (SSAI) is seeking Natural Space Environment Engineer candidates for a potential opportunity to support NASA at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), a federally funded research and development center located in California. Work may be performed at JPL or customer locations, or remotely, depending on contractual and operational requirements.

This role will assist in analyzing data for the natural space environment modeling physics project.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in physics and a minimum of 2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Computer programming experience, particularly in the area of Database Manipulation and Modeling/Simulation is desired
• Background or knowledge of space physics, hydrodynamics/fluid mechanics, or plasma physics is desired
