Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Unit Administrator for the Workplace Justice Lab @ RU within the School of Management and Labor Relations.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:

  • Manages the scheduling of meetings and events the Workplace Justice Lab (WJL) Faculty Director and other events for the WJL team.
  • Maintains contact lists and execute event promotion.
  • Coordinates event logistics for WJL projects, including webinar logistics and language translation of program-specific documents to facilitate training sessions.
  • Supports the administrative onboarding of new program staff.

Qualifications


Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Two years relevant experience in an administrative function.

Certifications/Licenses
Preferred Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience managing scheduling in academia, government, a non-profit, or business.
  • Comfort scheduling meetings across different time zones.
  • Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Competency with Zoom and experience in managing webinar registration and event logistics.
  • Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing software.
