- Monitor the performance of clients and end debtors while making recommendations and taking actions to ensure the integrity of the collateral portfolio.
- Analyze the client position and its ability to handle the current obligation due Advance.
- This includes analyzing the size and concentration of the portfolio, current liens and their effect on the portfolio, and workers' compensation status and its effect on the portfolio.
- Research accounts receivable information for aging, concentration, and other issues, as well as research end debtors for financial viability and creditworthiness based on financial information and credit information available.
- Review transactional information for anomalies that may affect Advance's position.
- Potential risk factors are identified promptly and communicated to appropriate teams in a timely manner.
- Thorough and accurate research and reporting of all data.
- Prepare and present accurate reports regarding the client base.
- Timely and accurately completing tasks is maintained in an organized, effective, and positive manner.
- Maintain open and professional relations with clients and debtors.
- All duties are implemented to support company policies and procedures and enhance teamwork.

Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Analyzing financial data and identifying trends.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with precision in reviewing financial documents and reports.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with financial software and tools like Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software.
