We're currently looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's vehicle fleet. This position ensures that all company vehicles are properly registered, titled, and tracked, while also assisting with vehicle sales, compliance, and administrative support.

What You'll Do:



  • Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory by entering new and existing vehicle data into company systems, including Emkay, Comdata, and MaddenCo
  • Oversee vehicle registration, titling, and compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Assign unit numbers and maintain an organized tracking system for all company vehicles
  • Facilitate the transfer of vehicle registration and title information between company locations
  • Coordinate and assist in the sale or disposal of company vehicles, including preparing necessary documentation
  • Manage and process vehicle repair paperwork, ensuring all maintenance records are up to date
  • Monitor and handle safety recalls, ensuring timely resolution and compliance
  • Issue and manage fuel cards, ensuring proper tracking and reporting
  • Handle fleet-related DMV transactions, which may require occasional travel
  • Assist with insurance claims, vehicle inspections, and accident reporting
  • Support fleet budgeting, cost tracking, and expense reporting
  • Provide administrative support and perform other duties as assigned by management



What You Need:



  • Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment driver's screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies
  • Prior experience in fleet management, transportation, or administrative roles is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
