Responsibilities

Peraton seeks a Cyber Intelligence Analyst - OSINT/PAI to support governance and policy with OSINT collection and assist the ARCYBER OSINT/PAI Enterprise Lead on operations, policy, doctrine, training, organization, and concepts for ARCYBER OSINT mission sets. Location: Fort Eisenhower, GA.

The analyst will: Develop/coordinate ARCYBER Enterprise OSINT equities and interests for working groups or decision-making forums

    Coordinate on cutting-edge technologies and advancements related to OSINT/PAI that may impact cyber intelligence operations
  • Provide advice and recommendations on the integration of technologies and advancements into ARCYBER Enterprise OSINT operations
  • Working as expert, conduct research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threat to networked weapons platforms and US and DoD information networks
  • Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and/or findings for senior US government intelligence and network operations officials


Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 12 years experience with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider HS+ 16 years of experience
  • OSINT-qualified or ability to complete courses within 120 days, or as the government dictates based on course availability
  • Experienced in collecting, analyzing, producing, and disseminating OSINT
  • Able to generate intelligence reports and products IAW ICD 206 standards: written IAW DIA style manual with at least 90% spelling and grammar accuracy
  • Familiar with the national policies, rules, guideliUnes, and instructions regarding OSINT
  • Active TS SCI with Polygraph or the ability to obtain Polygraph and MEAD
  • U.S Citizenship required

Preferred:

  • Successful completion of OS301, OS302, and advanced OSINT training
  • Minimum 5 years supporting Army OSINT requirements
  • Minimum 10 years supporting intelligence operations
  • Experience as a Cultural Advisor and/or proficiency in a second language is desired

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
