Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay rate: $27 - $30/hr.

Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role to a CEO level with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information with a high level of professionalism.



Executive Assistant responsibilities:

Provide executive-level administrative support by managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence while carefully handling confidential information. Assist in meeting preparations by taking notes, tracking action items, and organizing materials. Oversee office operations, manage supplies, and coordinate special projects and events. Conduct research and generate reports as needed to support executive decision-making.
