Growing global chemical manufacturer is looking for an Order Management Representative. The Order Management Rep will be responsible for managing all aspects of the customer order fulfillment process from order entry through delivery. This includes communication, coordination and collaboration with customers to ensure that all facets of the order fulfillment process, from negotiation and material inventory fulfilling, is being communicated in a timely manner. You would also troubleshoot and resolve issues by taking appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction with price, service and delivery adjustments to achiever overall business goals with the customer. You would also communicate with internal business partners and teams(production planning, transportation and sales) to ensure cross-functional alignment during the order fulfillment process. This position is 6+ months with potential for extension and possible conversion. This is working with a team of Customer Service, Customer Care and other Order Management Representatives. The organization consists of collaborative and extremely bright who are empowered to provide solutions for a cleaner, healthier and more energy efficient world.
