Channel Marketing Coordinator

Top Skill Sets Required:



  1. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, able to process multiple data inputs to deliver the required output



Position Description



  • Support the Channel Management PM team to maximize the business on each channel.
  • Work with the Product Managers and Sales teams to secure promotional vehicles and ensure seamless execution of these vehicles and other marketing promotions.



Responsibilities



  • Keep track of all the activities that each channel is running, updating the information in real time.
  • Perform data analysis to measure, plan, and track the effectiveness of promotional events and marketing placements.
  • Forecast and track promotional events and sales trends in each channel, calculating estimated costs, analyzing collected data, and documenting results and achievement rates.
  • Collect and update data relevant to the Channels, such as assortment, flooring, or pricing.



Requirements



  • Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Basic knowledge of media production, communication, and marketing techniques and methods.
