Schedule: 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $21/hr.

HRIS Assistant responsibilities include:



  • Arrange travel for executives, employees, and visitors.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate drug tests/physicals for new hires.
  • Order and manage employee uniforms.
  • Prepare new hire packets, including badges, handbooks, and necessary documents.
  • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and escalate as needed.
  • Support company event planning and maintain HR systems while ensuring data confidentiality.




Qualifications: Must have HRIS Systems experience. Other requirements for this role will include attention to detail, compiling historical data, pulling documents from system to upload into new system, and assisting with data validation.
