Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Position Location: 1615 Bronxdale, Bronx, NY, 10462

Remote, Hybrid, In Office: In office to start, hybrid after training

Days of the week: M-F, possibility for Saturday

Working Hours: 7am -330pm -

OT?: yes, not mandatory but optional

Travel?: No.

Intended length of assignment: 6 month contract, potential for extension

Reason for open position (if a backfill, please include who they are replacing): additional support needed to complete short term project

Rate Details: $24/hr

Potential for Contract Extension or FTE: contract only

Industry Background: Customer Service - Call Center Experience - Utilities

Team Dynamic: around 20 team members

Roles and responsibilities outside of the original JD:



  • Looking for someone that is able to make outbound calls to customers in the field, calling to confirm that they are still declining the gas meters, reading a script to confirm the opt out, document the call in excel and update data lists. The ideal candidate would be a strong communicator, can follow instruction and drive the business model, and would have previous call center or proficiency in making outbound calls with high volume.
