Job Title: Data Architect

Location(s): Washington, DC (Remote)

The Database Specialist contractor will support the AgeTech Collaborative by evaluating, optimizing, and rebuilding the existing database infrastructure to meet the team's evolving needs. The team aims to enhance its current project management platform, Monday.com, for more effective use as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

Responsibilities include:


  • Conduct a comprehensive evaluation/audit of our existing database within Monday.com.
  • Design and implement a CRM structure tailored to our business goals and customer management needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and understand key CRM functionalities.
  • Optimize data flow, workflows, and automation processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Migrate and transfer all existing data from the current system into the new CRM while ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Train relevant staff on the new CRM setup, ensuring ease of use and adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the transition.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years in database evaluation, design, and implementation experience, preferably with CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com is required.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management principles.
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and automation processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
