JOB SUMMARY



This position reviews, administers, and maintains contract records, invoices, and misc. project related documents.

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting Everus Construction Group's four Critical Success Factors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting CSG's Critical Success Factors, 1) Safety First! 2) Financial Success (including operational excellence); 3) Employee Satisfaction (including development and training), and 4) Customer Satisfaction. Promote ESI's Core Values, and safety culture. Coordinate, administer and supervise routine on-site contract (or subcontracts) work, using standardized methods relating to the processing and recording of contracts for one project.

* Pre-qualify bidders for contract packages.

* Prepare bid inquiries, including those of a more technical and specialized nature, negotiate and award contracts; and administer change orders. Maintain subcontractor records, including updated COIs, W9s, and other documentation required by the contract.

* Review contract documents to ensure contractual obligations are met - i.e., OCIP enrollment, monthly certified payroll submission, etc.

* Act as a liaison between owners, (sub) contractors, project management, home office management, and other departments.

* Receive and approve all contractor invoices.

* Compile and submit time sheets to Payroll. Make corrections as necessary to ensure proper labor tracking.

* Create and maintain the project rental equipment log.

* Maintain project fuel consumption reports and reports to the GC monthly.

* Review contract and monthly billing for project, acquire all required documents needed.

* Review contract for billing requirements for project. Assemble required documentation for submission of billing into Textura.

* Assist with purchase orders and subcontract set-up, tracking and close outs.

* Perform additional duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS



Four year technical or business degree or equivalent combinations of training and related experience. Minimum 3 years (sub) contract or related construction experience required.



REQUIRED KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES



Good working knowledge of purchasing, finance, and basic engineering principles. Effective verbal and written communication skills plus general mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of project requirements relating to contracting. Requires use of conventional contracting techniques and concepts.
