Location: Hybrid (Onsite 3 days a week: Tues/Wed/Thurs) in Los Angeles, CA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Email Channel Producer with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and email automation to join our team. This role will focus on managing email production, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of digital marketing and a proven track record in email and web production.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the development and execution of email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Journey Builder Automation.
  • Produce and code emails with a high level of attention to detail, following specifications for design and content.
  • Gather email and landing page requirements, ensuring all materials align with business objectives.
  • Review, test, and troubleshoot emails to ensure conformance with business and technical requirements.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and general JavaScript for email clients; Adobe Photoshop experience is preferred for image processing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve email deliverability and engagement, making recommendations based on email tool queries and performance reports.
  • Leverage AMPScript to create dynamic, personalized email content and develop/testing complex interactions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including quality management and content editors, to resolve email issues and ensure final quality signoff.
  • Analyze email performance against standardized KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership to optimize results.
  • Identify gaps in email business needs and current capabilities, and recommend effective solutions for optimization.
  • Lead and manage email projects across multiple teams, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Ensure all email communications align with the overall brand strategy and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to integrate email strategies with web initiatives and enhance the customer journey.

Required Skills and Experience:



  • At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email and web production.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Journey Builder and Interaction Studio automation capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and email development practices for various email clients.
  • Intermediate AMPScript skills, with a solid understanding of data-driven dynamic experiences.
  • Ability to develop and track email performance metrics (KPIs), analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics (AA).
  • Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing email tool interfaces and delivery processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape and best practices for email campaigns.

Additional Skills (Preferred):



  • General understanding of JavaScript for email functionality.
  • Photoshop skills for basic image processing.
  • Experience with cross-channel marketing initiatives

    The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $80.00-$85.00per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
