Furniture sales associate provides knowledge of merchandise to customers, explaining complex features and differences between merchandise and providing purchasing advice to customers. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences. Present and discuss product options, highlighting features and benefits. Assist customers with design choices and space planning. Address customer concerns and resolve issues. Maintain a welcoming and professional store environment. Product Knowledge & Inventory: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services. Help ensure the showroom is well-stocked and organized. Assist with inventory management and loss prevention procedures. Sales Performance & Goals: Meet and exceed sales goals and performance standards. Participate in sales promotions and events. Stay up to date on industry trends and new products. Other Duties: Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
