Evoke is seeking a Technical Writer / Graphic Artist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Compiling SOPs, ONs and Training resources from/for AMPS members.
• Creating graphic arts, including charts and logos for internal and client-focused presentations.
• Coordinating & tracking document workflow; compiling research for an upcoming sector event.
• Maintaining up-to-date documents, like 1-pagers, Org. Charts, stock slides, etc

Education and Years of Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 5 years experience in tech writing / professional writing & editing, communication services, graphic design products

Professional Experience and Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Proficiency with Google Suite tools
• Familiar with SharePoint
• Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
• Proven ability to anticipate requirements and proactively address new tasks to completion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Ability to understand complex technical concepts, software, and products
• Knowledge of industry-specific terminology (MIPR, 7600A, 7600B, TAR, RIP, TDL, TO, etc.).
• Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style
• Precision in writing and editing
• Ability to write clearly and concisely, making complex ideas easy to understand.
• Experience with different types of documentation (user manuals, how-to guides, Tech docs, etc.)
• Working with cross-functional teams like developers, product managers, and designers to understand the product
• Creative and Visual Design Skills:
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition
  • Ability to create visually appealing and functional designs
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in design, ensuring every element alignment, Consistency in design across briefs / products

Security Clearance
