Required Qualifications:

• PhD, DBA, or similar terminal degree in Marketing or a related business discipline. ABD candidates are encouraged to apply, but the doctoral degree must be completed by the start date.
• Demonstrated record of high-quality research productivity.
• To be considered for the Associate Professor level, candidates must have the academic credentials, including active scholarship and a strong teaching record, to qualify for that position.

The Department of Business is AACSB International accredited and recognizes multiple types of research, including basic, applied, and pedagogical. The department particularly values teaching, research, and professional engagement that connects the faculty and students to the vibrant Southeast Wisconsin region and global business.
