Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$33.37 - $45.05 / hour

Lee Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced RN to join their Complex Care team in the role of Clinical Team Lead. This RN will mainly coordinate patient schedules, staff assignments, be a resource for all staff in the center, patient/staff concerns, coordinate patient care with other facilities, supply ordering and triaging patient calls. The Complex Care Center focuses mainly on IV therapy and wound care.

The hours are flexible in order to cover the hours of the Complex Care Center which are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, seven days a week. This RN will typically work four 10 hour shifts and weekends are rotated.

Responsible for providing, overseeing, and coordinating nursing care for patients within a complex department or highly procedural area; based on established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by American Nursing Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards. Responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care, through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Exhibits critical thinking and problem solving while serving as clinician, teacher, researcher, team leader and professional development. Collaborates with other professional disciplines, to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and lean performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.

Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience in area of specialty.

Certification in appropriate specialty required within 3 years of hire. PALS/ACLS as appropriate for specialty within 90 days of employment.

Project management and quality improvement experience preferred
