Senior Training Manager

Culmen is seeking a Senior Training Manager and subject matter expert to advise senior government leadership on training programs in a nuclear security program.

Provide mentorship and leadership to International Nuclear Security Training team
• Provide support across Sustainability pillar
• Conduct reviews of curriculum using systematic approach to training
• Evaluate internal and external training programs
• Develop improvement recommendations for internal-facing and external training programs
• Conduct training in the field
• Liaise with national laboratory training SMEs

• DOE Q clearance
• Master's Degree or higher degree in training-related/organizational management-related field
• Minimum 10 years experience in a federal government office/national laboratory office/committee
