Position Purpose |
The Gnotobiotic Research Assistant is responsible for the daily care of Gnotobiotic research animals and facility, that require unique skillsets or highly specialized oversight and housing. |

Bachelors plus 1-2 year(s) of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience |
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities |
- Competence in several laboratory methods, procedures and techniques as well as the equipment and instruments. Ability to work independently with good judgment and good organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work with animals .
- Knowledge of standard computer software packages for data analysis and presentation, and on-line literature search engines
