Life Unlimited. At Smith+Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. This position is responsible for providing global support to Smith & Nephew sites where Analytical Chemistry testing is required. This position will be focused primarily on extractable and leachables testing of medical devices related to the ISO 10993 Biocompatibility Guidance. The successful candidate will work on multiple projects applying a wide range of analytical techniques including GC-MS, ICP-MS and LC-MS. The Scientist works to the highest standards to support Smith and Nephew's ongoing research and new product development (NPD) programs, product support and non-conformity testing. Scope of work will include not only supporting internal customers but as, and when required, external collaborators. What will you be doing?
