THE JOB:

AsaSpa and Salon Supervisor, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your commitment to ensuring efficient daily operations lays the foundation for unforgettable memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences alongside maintaining a pristine environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $20

THE SCHEDULE: Full Time

Hours of Operation

Mon - Sun: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

Bathhouse Spa

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist with training, coaching, inventory, ordering, balancing appointment books and upholding departmental policies and operating procedures

• Provide leadership and direction to maintain and improve the guest experience consistent with the company's service standards

• Ensure timely and professional resolution of any guest related challenges or concerns

• Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing recommendations to promote services, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

• Assist with operational support by providing coverage for attendants, or spa receptionists as needed

• Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

• Currently holds or is able to obtain a Food Handler's Card

• Is knowledgeable in Spa & Salon services and has a passion for wellness, and selfcare

• Has previous Spa & Salon leadership experience
