JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for daily operations of practice to include financial, operations and personnel management within the policies of Maury Regional Health (MRH). Provides leadership for staff, communications and models mission and values of system. Responsibilities of the Practice Manager include physician relations, communications, management of non-provider staff (clinical matters will include direction from the affected provider), practice revenue cycle management, Site-Specific Action Plans, physical plant, operations, education and training, supply inventory, etc. Along with this authority comes responsibility for the bottom line performance of the assigned practice.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field Preferred

3 Years Practice Management or Leadership Experience in a Healthcare Environment Required
