The Product Sales Manager - Manufacturing Software will have an exciting opportunity to make a huge impact in leading a sales team and driving all manufacturing software business at Hawk Ridge Systems!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THIS PRODUCT SALES MANAGER - MANUFACTURING SOFTWARE ROLE?



  • Mentoring and training sales reps on all Manufacturing software offerings
  • Partner with Reps on all Manufacturing software opportunities
  • Strategic planning for Manufacturing software growth and expansion of Hawk Ridge Systems' footprint throughout the US
  • Manage all Manufacturing software activity both pre- and post-sale
  • Direct creation of sales content for Reps
  • Maintain and nurture the partner relationship with Manufacturing software contacts at DS, SW, HCL, Roboris, and Eureka
  • Keep up on industry trends and competitors
  • Accurate reporting of sales pipeline and forecasting
  • Creation of annual GTM (Go to Market) strategies


WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS PRODUCT SALES MANAGER - MANUFACTURING SOFTWARE ROLE?



  • 10+ years of prior sales experience, preferably in solution selling in software or technology sales
  • CAM or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Previous team leadership experience where you have mentored and managed direct reports
  • 4-year degree is preferred but not required or combination of related technical sales experience
  • Understanding of machining practices and various CNC Equipment functions
  • History of hitting quota and selling a range of products and services
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work on a team and in harmony with other teams
  • Experience running successful sales meetings, to get to the core customer challenges, and ability to share the value proposition and ROI.
  • Strong CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the annual new hire base pay range for this role is between $85,000-$125,000. This position has a base pay plus bonus/commission compensation package. Your base pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
