*TEKsystems is hiring multiple Credit Bureau Dispute Specialists to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL!*
*Job Discription:* The Credit Bureau Disputes team is responsible for handling reports of fraudulent activity on customers' accounts including debit or credit cards. They work in tandem with affected customers and third-party credit institutions to investigate and resolve fraud cases and other disputed transactions/activity. *Required Qualifications * * High School Diploma * 1+ year of any customer service, administrative, data entry and/or clerical work * Ability to commute to the office 2 days a week * Excellent communication skills * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Coachability and desire to learn and grow! *Compensation and Schedule * * $16/hour * Hybrid work schedule - Monday to Friday, 3 days work from home, 2 days on site. 9am-5:30pm CST *If interested, please apply with your updated resume!* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $14.29 - $14.29/hr.
