This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, day shift position. The Clinical Nurse Manager in Primary Care is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinical team within primary care (Internal Medicine, Family Practice, and Pediatrics) practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care. This role includes supervision of clinical staff, coordination of workflows, and optimization of patient flow to enhance access and outcomes. The Clinical Manager collaborates with providers, practice managers, and clinical teams to improve clinical services, streamline processes, and maximize productivity across practice locations. Additionally, they play a key role in staff development, protocol adherence, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
