The Sexual Misconduct Prevention Program seeks a full-time Prevention Coordinator focused on supporting the systemwide development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive prevention programs and strategies for faculty, staff, and graduate/professional students. This new position will work collaboratively with the growing team at SMPP to support the administration of prevention programs and strategies. This position reports to the Sexual Misconduct Prevention Program Director. The Prevention Coordinator is a 75% percent time, 12-month, civil service position on the University's Twin Cities campus. SMPP offers flexibility, hybrid remote and in-office work, and excellent work-life balance. About the Department
The Sexual Misconduct Prevention Program (SMPP) is a systemwide office responsible for leading and coordinating the University's sexual misconduct prevention and response activities in partnership with University Stakeholders systemwide located within the Office for Equity and Diversity. SMPP is broadly responsible for supporting system-level, data-driven policymaking; supporting and developing sexual misconduct programming for students, staff, and faculty; convening stakeholders to facilitate critical collaborations for effective prevention and response; and monitoring and evaluating the University's sexual misconduct prevention, reduction, and response efforts and their effectiveness over time.
