The Senior Manager Actuarial Analytics is responsible for producing pricing, forecasting, and reserving deliverables. This requires coaching and priority setting for direct reports as well as collaboration across multiple departments to achieve organizational objectives. The Senior Manager Actuarial Analytics functions as a technical resource and as a mentor to all within the Actuarial department. The Senior Manager must maintain an understanding of the changing health care and actuarial trends and how they impact the organization. This role must remain current on government regulation and guidance as well as analytic techniques and methodologies, data sources.
