Summary: The Inventory Services Representative serves as a vendor partner to customers by managing the customers' onsite inventory.

Required Qualifications



  • High School Degree is required.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Previous experience communicating to customers via email, phone and in person.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Basic arithmetic, subtraction, multiplication, and division skills are required.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities



    • Provide onsite inventory services for assigned customers following designated route for assigned territory.
    • Maintain and update customer contact information in the Inventory Service's route guide.
    • Maintain and update customers' vendor managed inventory lists, product life cycle, minimum/maximum order quantities, and locations.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely manner.
    • Replenish customers' inventory levels based off set minimum & maximum inventory levels.
    • Monitor inventory consumption levels, consult with customer, and adjust reorder points as appropriate.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of managed onsite inventory areas.
    • Complete order entry and manage customer backorders in our enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
    • Participate in customer quarterly business reviews.
