Available Locations: Mexico City About the role The Senior Program Manager, Marketing Strategy and Uptempo Administrator, is responsible for leading and managing marketing strategy initiatives, as well as administering the Uptempo marketing platform. This role will work closely with the entire marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, track and measure results, and identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, as well as experience with project management and marketing technology. What you'll do Lead and manage marketing strategy initiatives, including campaign development, execution, and measurement Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans Track and measure the results of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement Manage the Uptempo marketing platform, including user management, campaign creation and execution, and data analysis Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies Provide thought leadership and guidance on marketing strategy to the marketing team Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills) Must-Have Skills Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy and execution 3+ years of experience in project management Experience with marketing technology, including Uptempo Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Nice-to-Have Skills Vendor Management Experience Experience with FP&A departments at Enterprise level organizations What Makes Cloudflare Special?
