THE JOB: As a Poker Attendant, you will be responsible for making fills on poker tables and assist players in the purchasing ofchips. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. THE SCHEDULE: 9 PM - 5:45 AM, though may vary based on business needs. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Maintain safety and cleanliness in the Poker room. Uphold SHOW service standards to all guests. Provide constant communication regarding guests'' needs or issues. Understand the procedures and rules of all poker games and tournaments offered Make exchanges correctly when exchanging money or chips Maintain the game list and seat players in games requested THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be at least 18 years or older Preferably has at least one (1) year of customer service experience.
