Salesforce Analyst

What is the opportunity?

The Salesforce Analyst is responsible for assisting with the Salesforce Analytics workstream to drive requirements gathering, configuration, & support for RBC US Wealth headquartered in Minneapolis, MN.

What will you do?

• Monitoring and fine-tuning the system to achieve optimum performance levels. Conducting routine hardware and software audits.

• Installing and upgrading new software systems; reporting and assisting on recommending resolutions to networking and operating system problems.

• Performing system backups and recovery. Maintaining data files and monitoring system configurations to ensure data integrity.

• Installing, configuring, upgrading and maintaining workstations and servers. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive operating systems hardware and software configuration database/library.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory

• Strong technical background

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies

• Teamwork/time management skills

• Knowledge of the ITIL (change/incident/problem management)

Nice to Have

• Scripting/Programming background including PowerShell/.Net/C/C++

• UNIX/Linux background

• Networking/DNS knowledge

• Cybersecurity knowledge

The expected salary range for this particular position is $50,000-85,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
