The Position The Asset Management Associate will be based in New York and will report directly to Alan Rubenstein, Senior Director and East Region Head of Asset Management. This person will primarily support the asset managers on all analytic, operational, and strategic aspects of their business. This will include quarterly valuations, lease analysis, hold /sell recommendations, property level budgets and business plans, work with third party vendors, capital expenditures, dispositions and new acquisitions due diligence assistance, etc. Responsibilities: This person's key responsibilities will be as follows:
Candidate Experience and Qualifications Experience: The candidate should have 1-3 years of investment analysis experience, preferably with an institutional investment company, brokerage company or related real estate firm. Candidates for this position should have the following career qualifications:
Education:An undergraduate degree in real estate, urban planning, finance or economics is preferred. Pay Transparency Salary Range:$80,000-$110,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
