Description
Under the direct supervision of program management and agency's policies and professional requirements: Plans, organize and directs the activities of the assigned Terros program in providing clinical therapeutic services to an adult population composed of substances- using, SMI, dual diagnosed and/or referred persons. Provides direction and support to employees in all phases of operations, services and facilities related to the assigned program. Responsible for the overall performance of the assigned program and employees, to include performances management, training, scheduling/coverage, crisis management, client screenings/assessments and required documentation; performs related duties as required.

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree, as well as a combination of behavioral health education and work experience totaling a minimum of three (6) years; or A non-behavioral health degree in any field, plus two years of work experience in a behavioral health service delivery working with Serious Mental Illness. * One year of supervisory experience, in behavioral health setting preferred. * Customer service skills, especially good communication skills, are needed. * Ability to work independently, with flexibility, and within prescribed deadlines. * Basic computer skills. * Valid AZ driver's license and proof of insurance. Driving is an essential function of this position. * Level 1 fingerprint clearance. * Physical demands of this position are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
