Your Role

Vantive is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Excellence Project & Analytics Lead to join our US team. In this role, you will lead and manage various cross-functional projects, while leveraging your analytical skills to drive strategic and efficiency initiatives and support the organization's commercial excellence objectives. You will immerse yourself in these projects, completing tasks and understanding the work at a ground level to effectively create valuable change. Collaboration with various other functions including Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Commercial Legal teams is a must.

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in project management, commercial operations, or other relevant areas, displays strong interpersonal and communication skills, has hands on experience with requirements gathering, planning and managing projects of varying sizes concurrently, and a track record for delivering projects on time and with value. What you'll be doing

  • Lead and manage multiple commercial excellence projects, from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement processes, KPIs, and dashboards to measure project success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and streamlining.
  • Drive cultural change, encouraging simple, standard, and repeatable operational processes
  • Use project management techniques to create and implement clear objectives, dashboards, roadmaps, budgets, and other needed tools
  • Institutes and leads project meeting cadence and communications required to ensure coordination between stakeholders and to review and resolve key issues, risks/mitigation plans and dependencies
  • Conduct data analysis and develop insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations to communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their project management and analytical skills.
  • Lead Change Management activities for associated projects, working closely with stakeholders to identify and address potential resistance, communicate project objectives, and ensure successful adoption of new processes and initiatives.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing successful projects within a commercial setting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday, Microsoft Project, or Jira
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel,PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work at all levels, balancing a practical approach with the details required to ensure execution is on track
  • Proven experience in leading Change Management activities, with a track record of successfully managing change and driving adoption of new initiatives within cross-functional teams.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $88,000 to $121,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
