Overview The Travel Assistant will be responsible for providing support to a Luxury Leisure Independent Advisor for Global Travel Collection. The Assistant will provide a versatile range of administrative support and basic booking support, while also becoming knowledgeable about the Independent Advisors travel business. This is a full time role (Monday - Friday) working in our Century City/ Beverly Hills, CA office. The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a wide range to comply with pay transparency laws in all states and geographical areas. Many factors, such as years of experience, geographical location, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. The salary range posted represents the pay range for U.S. candidates. Responsibilities
Prepare invoices, handles bookkeeping, manages spreadsheets, and creates other documents as needed.
