Description
Role Overview: This is a seasonal position, you can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish or for other activities you enjoy while your benefits continue year-round. This position is responsible to complete various laboring and small equipment operation tasks to produce quality asphalt. Preparing jobsites for sealcoating and crack fill. Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members. May also operate skid steer, roller, tractor as needed. Minimum Qualifications: As a successful Laborer you will have: - Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays. - Ability to hold and maintain a drivers license in accordance with all state regulations. - Ability to operate and maintain equipment/tools. - Our crews work 50-65 hours per week, weather depending.
