Product Repair Operations Manager (Account Manager)

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
* 5 years' experience in Account Management (not sales side cold-calling, but rather looking for service-side experience)
* Service account management
* Technical knowledge on devices (parts, accessibility, pricing, descriptions)
* Easily communicate with vendors that manage this info
* Proficiency in excel - data sharing on devices
* Monitoring and tracking
* Organize data for self-repair models that are going to be launches, the ones that have launches already, and ensure portal is monitored that the prices are correct, parts planned to be available for consumers are on the site, high-level of organizational skills for tracking parts and models, and new models in the pipeline, etc.
