Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Video Producer to join our team in Holland, MI.

As a Video Producer, you will:

Be responsible for overseeing the production of video content from concept to completion. This role requires a creative individual with strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, shooting, editing, and post-production. Live event experience is a plus. You will also be expected to work closely with the Dealer Connect Program Manager and other departments to ensure that the videos align with the company's overall branding and messaging.

Essential Functions

  • Video Content Development: Develop and produce video content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing goals.
  • Video Production Management: Partner with the Dealer Connect Program Manager to manage all aspects of video production, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with talent and crew.
  • Technical Operations: Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots, and oversee technical aspects of production.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Guide video projects through their entire lifecycle, from brief to delivery, including shooting, directing, and editing.
  • Editing and Quality Control: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final products, ensuring all video content meets brand and quality standards and is delivered on time.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with the project team to brainstorm, determine project goals, and set timelines.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends and Relationships: Stay current with industry trends, maintain an organized archive of video assets, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree inFilm, Video Production or similar field of study.
  • Minimum 2years proven experience leading video production in a professional commercial environmentwith Bachelor's Degree (OR 3 years related experience with Master's Degree)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years proven experience leading video production in a professional commercial environment
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Functional, practical knowledge of the full video production process (i.e. editing, concept development, cinematography).
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge of color grading and sound design.
  • Strong familiarity with streaming platforms and live broadcast best practices.
