Position Summary:

Run production, monitor and maintain rate and quality throughout the production run.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Run mold press independently while maintaining rate and quality throughout the production run.
  • Run related secondary equipment when applicable.
  • Understand and use blueprints, engineering specifications, work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required by the production run.
  • Understand and operate all equipment controls and operator interfaces.
  • Maintain accurate written records and keep appropriate documentation following QMD Good Documentation Procedures (GDP).
  • Communicate with supervisors, leads, set-up technicians and quality assurance.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by 5S standards.
  • Execute the line clearance procedures per standard.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Must Have:



  • Minimum of 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferably in medical device manufacturing
  • Experience with computers and computer software programs.
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend English
