We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Electrician to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about the energy transition and have a proven track record in maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing Alternative Energy sites (Solar, Energy Storage, etc..), we want to hear from you.

Pay Range: $60K - $80K per year base on experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrician to join our growing team. As an Electrician, you will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems related to alternative energy systems such as solar and energy storage. Responsibilities

    Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems for alternative energy installations, including but not limited to solar and energy storage systems.
  • Ensure all electrical work meets local codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on alternative energy systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Document work and maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Stay current with alternative energy trends and technologies to continually improve skills and knowledge.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an electrician with a focus on alternative energy systems (solar and energy storage).
  • Valid electrician license (state or local) and applicable certifications.
    • Required - MA Journeyman; Optional but beneficial - MA Master, RI, NH, VT, ME, and/or NY
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and alternative energy technologies.
  • Strong computer skills for working in remote locations and jobsites.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to electrical work and renewable energy systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
  • Additional certifications
    • Not Required but helpful
      • NABCEP Certification (Entry Level or greater)
    • OSHA 30 + 10 SST Certifications
    • CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license (Company Vehicle will be provided)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and familiarity with commercial alternative energy projects and jobsites.
  • Knowledge of energy storage systems and battery installations.
  • Familiarity with energy management systems, communications and control systems.
  • Experience with maintenance of photovoltaic and energy storage systems.
