POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the Human Resource Business Partner will work directly with members of the Pepper leadership team to implement HR strategies to help the business reach their goals and objectives. This multi-faceted role will be capable of working effectively with all levels of employees, must be flexible and adapt to change, possess a strong and clear communication style and a commitment to building the people side of the business. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The target salary for this position is $80,000. We consider many factors when determining actual hiring salary. These factors may include location, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, internal equity, and market demands.
