The IT Product Lead - SuccessFactors is a senior role within the Digital Technology (DT) Organization and is the responsible to lead the definition, development, and management of SuccessFactors products within People and Culture. They are responsible for ensuring DT is aligned with the business by establishing the vision and strategy for DT products and services. They have to lead has a deep understanding of how related business processes and technologies work together and ensures DT solutions, DT services, and projects are aligned appropriately. The IT Product Lead - SuccessFactors must have expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration, administration, and reporting. Additionally, experience or leadership in other SuccessFactors submodules such as Learning, Performance and Goals, Succession and Development, Recruiting, Compensation, or Workforce Analytics is highly preferred. This role requires the ability to communicate the differential value of these modules and outline a viable transition path, ensuring positive organizational change. This role is open to candidates in Houston & Rotterdam. Roles & Responsibilities
This position reports to the Manager, Business Interface - Corporate Services and will be responsible for establishing and directing the global DT direction within SAP and SuccessFactors ecosystem. This individual will partner with global cross-functional DT teams, business leadership to develop business segment roadmaps, short and long term project plans and identify technology trends for People and Culture.
